ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Born in Medellin, Colombia, Veronica Tierra is an experienced singer and performer with over 15 years in the arts industry. Starting at age 4, she performed with family and bands across the United States. With an A.S. in Music from the City University of New York and currently pursuing a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Business, Veronica's passion for education, music, diversity, and social change was fueled by her own experience attending 19 schools before college.
In 2017, she founded Tierra & Friends. Beyond teaching, Veronica has worked on off-Broadway productions, filmed commercials for renowned companies like Pepsi, and toured with Disney as a host for the Encanto Sing Along USA Tour, reaching audiences in over 80 cities nationwide.
Veronica is an active member of the National Association for the Education of Young Children. She brings a genuine and heartfelt approach to all her musical endeavors.
