FAQ
How do we pay T&F?
We offer simple steps for both parent and school payments! Details listed in your agreement.
What is your response to COVID-19?
We clean and disinfect as best as we can and repeat the process twice after each session. If your location requires masks, we can gently remind everyone in the class
to wear one, and your instructor will use one as well.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand life happens! You may reschedule your sessions, and we will do our best to work out a different time that works for you.
Do your instructors go through a background check?
Yes! Our instructors go through an extensive hiring process in order to ensure the safety of students and quality standards of our program.
Are your instructors insured?
Yes! Our instructors are required to have health insurance and are added to our insurance policy as educators.
What happens after each season ends?
You may renew your agreement for the following season anytime before your current season ends!
What other services do you offer?
We offer classes for schools and locations, teacher training, resources for parents, shows, and you can bring us to your child's birthday party!
What support can our teachers give to make the best out of this experience?
1. Communication: Please share any inconvenience that may arise with a particular student/ parent. Please do so without the student being present. We can also speak to the parent directly if this helps.
2. Clarity and respect: Please have the kids ready for the music class before your instructor walks in.
3. Noise level: please keep the noise level low like one would at an
acoustic performance. Part of the goal is to teach children to respect
art in all its forms.
4. A teacher must be in the classroom for the duration of the class.
If one student causes a significant interruption that keeps their
classmates from hearing or learning, please remove the student for
a time to calm down before they return to the group.
